Our company logo is printed on the stickers, which will be sticked on the home button and the upper side of the screen to avoid the copyright issue. It can be easily removed. Please don’t worry about it.
Q: Are your products original?
A: Our screens are not original or OEM products, but they are made of Alkali-Aluminosilicate (same material as gorilla glass) which guarantees the same quality and size as the original screen.
Q: I dound some white spots on each corner of the screen after assembling, what should I do?
A: Usually the white spots are caused by squash between screen and screws, please make sure the screws are not screwed too tight and try it again.
Q: The product I got is not working or broken, may I get my money back or a new replacement?
A: Absolutely yes. What you need to do is simply following the instructions below so that we can verify the product is from our company and it is broken as you described (this is a common process, thank you for your understanding).
1.Take a picture or video that can clearly show our label on the product (usually is a blue/red circle on the back of display).
2.Take a picture or video that can clearly show why the product is not working properly or where is broken. Please make sure we can see the label and broken part from same product, or it would be hard to pass the process.Once we receive the picture/video meets the requirements above, we will either fully refund or send you a new replacement depends on what you want.
Q: Can you send mixed colors for 5 pieces order?
A: Yes, what you need to do is simply leave us a message. For Instance, “I would like a 5 pieces order (2 in white colors, 1 in blue color, 1 in red color and 1 in black color”. We will dispatch accordingly based on your request.
Q: I want to know how much time it takes between payments subject and sends the command.
A: Usually our warehouse staffs will dispatch and mail the items within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. This period would be possibly delayed by 5 days during Chinese New Year and we would definitely inform all the customers who made purchase around those days.
Q:How long it will take to receive the items after purchasing?
A: Delivery time is affected by the countries we are sending the item to and the shipping method you selected. For free shipping, the package should be able to arrive in 10 to 25 days in most of the cases except for a few remote countries. If you are in urgent need of our products, choose DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or EMS as your shipping method is highly recommended.
Q:I could not find any tracking information in the post office, what should I do?
A: This is because the post office haven’t updated the tracking number in their system yet, this process might take up to 48 hours, please be patient and feel free to contact us for more information.
Q: How to test the item?
A:Since all our products are extremely fragile, and the digitizers can be easily damaged during installation.We would like to recommend our customers test the product before installation, because we accept no liability at all if the screen is damaged while you are installing it onto the phone. For how to test the screen without installation, please check the instruction below:
1.Remove the screen on the original phone.
2.Connect the digitizer connectors of the new screen to the socket on the phone. (Without bending digitizer cables)
3.Make sure the battery is fully charged.
4.You do not need to put any screw on in this test.
5.Turn on the phone.
6.Test it with touching and swiping the new screen.
7.If there is any problem showing up in step 6 (including strips or dead pixels appearance), please take a video of the whole testing process.
We will issue full refund or send another new replacement to you once we receive the video.
Again, if you found the problem after installing the screen onto the phone without testing it ahead, the warranty will not cover your lost in this case.
